My driver and guide, Chamila , always arrived on time (early) and was a safe, careful and reliable driver. He was friendly and at all times supportive. I was even invited to Chamila’s house for New Year’s Day lunch - a truly unexpected and wonderful experience. The itinerary suggested by Anton was perfect for a first-time visitor. His accommodation suggestions were also spot-on. (The ‘Blooming Rose’, in Ella was amazing). Anton also kept in regular contact via ‘WhatsApp’ throughout the trip. When I first contacted Anton, I only knew that I wanted to visit Sri Lanka. He guided me in creating a plan for my trip and this helped me to book my accommodation. From the first moment, until the last, Anton contacted me to check how I was and make sure that I was comfortable. I was greeted at the airport with a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was a wonderful touch. Pradeep was my driver for the first 8 days of my trip. He was punctual, considerate, patient, and very attentive. The car was spacious, comfortable, and well-air-conditioned, plus I was given water each day. I was taken to every destination I requested and amazing restaurants. Pradeep was on call for me, whenever I needed to go anywhere or had any issue, he was there without fail. Anton was also in constant contact with us making sure everything was going smoothly. I was not able to book train tickets prior to my trip as it was fully booked. Anton assured me that he would book this for me and did not disappoint. When in Sigiriya, I did not like the accommodation I chose and wanted to change. Anton was immediately on the call with me, arranged something better for me, and negotiated a reduced price. Overall, my experience was amazing and smooth. The tour was incredible with thorough planning carried out beforehand to ensure we visited as many places as possible, as well as providing a charismatic and extremely helpful tour guide who made our entire journey much more seamless and enjoyable!
